Cannery White is a Belgian-Style Wheat Ale brewed with coriander and citrus. An opaque, pale straw ale with a dense white head, it is moderately carbonated, featuring a soft, wheat-driven mouthfeel, low hop bitterness, and a dry finish that enhances drinkability.
This limited release beer was inspired by the winning recipe from the annual 2024 Brewers' Showdown Competition that we host during Penticton Beer Week.
The winning beer was so popular that we decided to brew a full batch of it.
