An old world beer style using new world hops. Descended from the sunshine lineage comes the Comet Hop to usurp the throne. The star king is dead! Long live the king.
Brewed with fresh/wet Comet hops from Myrtle Meadows Hop Farm in Pemberton. The hops were flash frozen with liquid nitrogen and pulverized to maximize the contact with the beer. Dry hopped with a combination of Comet and Galaxy T90 pellets. This is the seventh beer in our It's Not Magic, It's Science Series. This was made in partnership with Myrtle Meadows Hop Farm. Label designed and illustrated by Super Deluxe. It is available in 4-packs of 473ml cans and on tap in our taproom.
